Modern ground-floor chalet in a wooded and very quiet location at the bay of Cala Llombards.
The approx. 428 m2 plot offers a nicely maintained and partially fenced gravel garden, parking in front of the property, covered terrace of approx. 15 m2 and a large roof terrace with sun loungers.
Rooms: The ground-floor chalet of 65 m2 living area was completely renovated and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The bright living room has a small separation to the spacious dining kitchen – and is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, small washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, microwave etc…
Equipment: Light floor tiles, double glazing with tilt window system, closed wood-burning fireplace, 2 x AC (hot-cold), sofa bed for a 3rd person, Internet via Starlink with stable connection and a small desk, dehumidifier, insulated roof, electric hot water heater, Smart TV, all rooms (except bathroom) have access to the terrace/garden, municipal water, GESA electricity, modern and nearly new furniture incl. towels and bed linen.
Miscellaneous: Bringing a dog on request (the plot can be secured at the rear area – for a possibly small dog to have it completely fenced). Monthly payments, utilities electricity and water extra with an advance cost flat rate (billing is done at the end of the lease +/-), deposit €1,500 for a rental of 2 – 5 months and thereafter €1,950
Monthly prices: Winter – Nov-Mar €1,100 and for the adjacent months October and April €1,500. Summer months May, June and September €1,950. Commission depending on length of stay.
Minimum term 2 months and max. 11 months. For longer rentals July and August are also rentable!
The house is ideal for nature lovers, as it is set in the forest and promises absolute peace (Nov-April).. in the low-high season tourism already begins at Cala LLombards. 1 neighbor nearby.
Distances: To the bay approx. 100 m, to Santanyi approx. 5 km and to Palma approx. 57 km.
