Our trout is a natural product. Therefore, the weight and size of each smoked trout can vary. This may result in a slight variation in the number of grams in your order. We guarantee you the best quality and freshness! Our trout are smoked fresh every day as needed. 
Preparation tip
The smoked trout is whole with head, skin and bones. To easily remove the center bone and skin, we recommend warming the fish to room temperature before eating. This is how it unfolds its full aroma.
whether for events or celebrations we smoke from approx. 4 kg preparation approx. 4-5 days (2-3 days delivery of fresh trout), we only use pink Himalayan salt, as sea salt is now not available without microplastics.
