I hold a California B2 homebuilding license and a NYC General Contractor’s license, with hands-on experience in Portugal, France, Italy, the UK, and Germany. I travel with my own van and every tool needed to build a house from the ground up.

I handle EVERYTHING - woodwork, plumbing, electrical, masonry, tiling, flooring, framing, kitchens, roofing, and full renovations. Whether it’s a modern villa or a centuries-old finca, I bring the same level of craftsmanship and precision.
