At the back of the chalet is the pool of about 20m2. Fully enclosed property.

Ground floor: We have the main entrance to the living room with a staircase leading to the 1st floor and a beautiful separate fitted kitchen with American bar (equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well as a complete kitchen inventory). There is also 1 bathroom with a shower. 

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with stand-up wardrobes and 1 bathroom with bath/shower.

Equipment: Bright rooms, very good and well-kept condition, beige tiled floors, double glazing, white aluminum blinds, Spanish TV channels and satellite TV, 300 MB fiber optic internet connection, 3 x AC (hot - cold) in the living room and in the bedrooms, GESA electricity, city water, hot water via electric boiler. Miscellaneous: Pets on request (up to approx. 3.5 kg heavy dog). Neighbors right next door. Rental price 925 € in winter between October and February.  Minimum stay 3 months.

Other months - September, March, April and May : 1.225 €. Minimum rental 2 months.

900 € deposit plus electricity costs.  Internet optional 20 E / monthly. Commission depending on the duration - length of stay.

Distances: Approx. 20m. to the coast, to Sa Rapita center with some services about 2 km and about 48 km to Palma.
