Especially for holiday properties, it is crucial that someone is present, thinks ahead and takes responsibility. I am regularly on site, spot irregularities early and ensure that the property, outdoor areas and guests are well taken care of.

Regular inspections of the house, grounds and outdoor areas

On-site presence & availability as needed (24/7 possible)

Checking the property between rentals

Key & handover management

Preparing the property for arriving guests including basic supplies by arrangement

Garden and pool care (inspection, maintenance by arrangement, coordination of external services)

Carrying out minor repairs

On-site contact person for owners and, if applicable, guests
