WINTER RENTAL between November and March:
Modern apartment with terrace in a nice and quiet area of Palma
It is located on the 4th floor of a residential building with a total of 8 units and features a private terrace with great views of the city and the mountains, a communal roof terrace and an elevator.
Rooms: Built in 2009 with approx. 70 m2 living area.
We have a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fitted kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, plus an adjacent laundry room with washing machine and hot water heater.
2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Facilities: Grey porcelain tile floors, double glazing, 2 x AC (hot-cold), gas central heating, Spanish TV channels and additional TV channels via internet, 600 MB fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, municipal water, hot water via electric boiler. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.
Other: Pets on request. Minimum rental 2 months. 1 month's rent deposit incl. all utilities. Underground parking optional: €70 extra. Other months - availability and prices - on request. Commission depending on duration.
Distances: Approx. 700 m to the coast. The apartment is in a quiet area and the center is quickly reachable.
