Looking for a ceramic hanging planter, see picture

We are looking for a hanging flower planter like the one in the picture. Unfortunately it didn't survive the last move. It was bought a few years ago in Mallorca. My mother is very sad because it was a memento of her deceased husband.
Does anyone happen to have such a planter or know a source where we can get one?
I appreciate any tips.
