Chalet in the countryside with great summer kitchen and small PVC pool in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Cala Mondrago - Santanyi.

The house is located in a protected green zone (no fire may be made) on a fenced plot of about 200 m2. The entrance area has an entrance door and is shared with a direct neighbour; However, each unit has its own private garden area (partially open) which is full of native shrubs and trees (including pine trees).

It has a great covered terrace with a furnished summer kitchen equipped with a sink, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and 2 roof fans

Furthermore, it has a parking area, PVC pool of 8 m2 plus 1 outdoor bathroom with shower.

Premises: Ground floor of approx. 80 m2 of living space, built in 1980 and renovated in 2023.
It has a living room, a furnished and fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge 
3 double bedrooms (2 have a single bed with 1 standing wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers and 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: Grey porcelain tiled floors, double glazing, open wood fireplace and 1 x AC ( hot - cold ) in the living room, internet from Movistar Fusion 4GB, SAT TV, GESA electricity, city water and rain cistern, hot water via electric boiler of 100 l 
The house can accommodate 4 people and is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen inventory, bed linen and towels.

Other: Pets are allowed. 1 MM deposit + electricity consumption and small maintenance of the pool ( but including products ).
Seasonal rent between 6 - 10 months - but excluding July and August, which the owner is entitled to for 1,300 € per month. Single months or 2 - 5 months on request.  Also for a few months in winter between Nov - April for a monthly. Rental price of €1,100. Commission depending on the rental period.

Distances: Approx. 500 m. to the beach of Cala Mondrago, approx. 5 km. to Santanyi and about 55 km. to Palma.
