Mallorca + North Sea

I (49 years, slim) am looking for a real water-lover for the Palma de Mallorca and Bremerhaven combination.
I love contrasts in life and that's how it came about that I own an apartment in both places. You can reach the water on foot in 10 minutes, here and there.
When the sea warms up, I very much like to stay in Mallorca. You don't necessarily have to be there in July and August, but the shoulder seasons are ideal.
So in high summer I'd rather go cycling together at the North Sea. More precisely in the largest city on the German North Sea coast. This beautiful city is often underrated. And conversely Palma de Mallorca is somewhat overrated.

The purchase of the Mallorca property and the start of a new relationship coincided in May 2016. This partnership lasted until recently. You should have no problem with a settled home. I admire people who, even at a fairly advanced age, want to start over or build something new. This devours (life) time, energy and of course a lot of money. For me, the realization of the Mallorca dream required years of preparation. Everything I have bought in my life I could pay for in cash. My deceased father was heavily indebted by almost €1 million. I only have a limited idea of how he managed that. Times are generally not getting better or easier. On the contrary, the wind is blowing rougher. Politicians, elected representatives act chaotically. Everywhere and without exception, one gets the impression. That is why a settled home is not the worst choice. My ongoing costs are totally manageable. You don't have to bring much. But there is one thing I wish and expect: an open heart with the willingness for a long-term relationship!
