The single-storey chalet is located a few meters from the coast and the plot of 182 M2 is walled and has 2 entrance gates and a garage with access to the interior of the house.
The front terrace has a retractable awning and the rear covered terrace is quite wide and has a small summer kitchen with gas cooking stoves, BBQ and an outdoor shower, 1 outdoor bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer, hot water boiler.

Premises: The ground-floor chalet has approx. 100 m2 of living space and was completely renovated in 2023.
We have the entrance to the living-dining room with furnished and equipped open plan fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances such as ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 further bedroom with 2 single beds.

Prices: a) Seasonal rental between 8 - 10 months excluding the months of July and August: 1.500 € + NK of electricity, water and garbage. Internet included.

b) Prices for single months ( minimum 2 ): May + October 1,800 €, June + September 2,200 € + electricity pre-cost flat rate where consumption is determined and balanced at the end of the rental period ( + / - ), in addition to a monthly cleaning - extra. Internet included.

c) Winter offer between November and April (from 2 months): 1,250 E + electricity pre-cost lump sum plus one cleaning per month - extra. Internet included.
1 month deposit and monthly payment. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances: 50 m to the coast, to the beach about 700 m, to Campos about 10 km and a Palma about 35 km.
