The house is located on a walled and fenced plot of approx. 1,000 m2 which has a beautiful garden area with hammocks, meadow area, pool of 3 x 6 m., BBQ and a beautiful view from the covered terrace as well as from the uncovered terrace in 1. floor.
Premises: Built in 2002 with approx. 200 m2 of living space on two heights.
Ground floor: Entrance area is the bright living-dining room with open fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Next door is a walk-in pantry.
1 bathroom with shower and where the washing machine and electric hot water boiler are located.
A hallway leads to the 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, ( 2 of them with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed ), 1 bathroom with bath / shower.
Exit to the outside from the living, dining room, kitchen and hallway.
Floor: Accessible from the external staircase to a large double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower.
Features: Brown floor tiles, double glazing, aluminium and wooden blinds, 5 x AC ( hot – cold ) in the living, dining room and all bedrooms, oil central heating, satellite TV and Spanish channels, internet Wi-Fi from 3 + 1 MB, electricity from Gesa - combined with solar panels, cisterns and well water for the garden, hot water via heating oil or solar panels. 100% furnished in modern and ethnic style. On request, a baby cot and chair can also be requested.

Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed. Monthly payment with 1 MM deposit and extra: electricity and heating oil as an advance fee in advance. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 4 km to the coast, approx. 6 km to Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi, approx. 40 km to Palma.
