I am a yoga teacher with 700 hours of training, with additional qualifications in yoga for children and yoga for the elderly. I also have extensive experience supporting people in their practice.

I offer yoga and meditation classes for adults, children and also for older people (including chair yoga), always adapted to each level and moment.

I work from a very gentle and mindful approach, and in some sessions I use quartz bowls and Tibetan bowls to deepen relaxation.

I like to create a calm, welcoming and tailored space for each person.

I travel to your home.
