The fully furnished and equipped house is distributed over 3 floors and has a total of 2 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one in the pool area).

Ground floor: Hall, kitchen, living-dining room and on the terrace (saltwater pool, chill-out area, hammocks and bathroom with shower).

The first floor: living-dining room, 2 double bedrooms (one of them with dressing room) and 2 full bathrooms (one of them with shower and hydromassage bathtub).

The second floor: laundry area and solarium terrace.

The house has bed linen, towels, wifi and air conditioning with hot-cold pump.

The area has beautiful and luxurious restaurants that are very good for money. Also bakery and supermarket 50 meters away.

Cas Concos is a small and quiet town in Mallorca, with a lot of forest area around. It is located 40 minutes from Palma airport and 10 minutes from beaches by car.

It is rented for only two months: June and July 2025.
