The finca "Oasis de Serenidad" has a fantastic location on the edge of the field, but is still not absolutely lonely. The tower has its own driveway with a massive iron gate and private parking.
From the 20m² roof terrace with private sun loungers, Moroccan dining table and gas grill you can enjoy the unobstructed view of fields and the mountains in the background incl. sunrise and sunset, 100% privacy.
Living area 54 m2, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, small living room and kitchen--living room (fully equipped) with dining area, infrared heating and air conditioning hot/cold.
In the living room there is a 98cm Full HD TV with satellite receiver and a small hi-fi system with CD, radio, MP3, docking and USB slot. SAT TV with all German channels and fast internet with WLAN.
The four-poster bed (180x200 cm) on the 1st floor offers 7-zone cold foam mattresses for a restful sleep with sweet dreams. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (120x200 cm).
The well-kept community pool inspires with a size of 10 x 4 m and a surrounding sunbathing area with numerous modern sun loungers, parasols, as well as a spacious chill-out platform.
The region around Campos is very agricultural and is perfect for long walks and bike rides. The numerous wind turbines, many of which have been very elaborately restored, are particularly worth seeing.
About 9 km away is the fine sandy natural beach Es Trenc, which stretches over 5 km between Sa Rapita and Colonia St. Jordi with crystal clear and turquoise water.
Numerous shopping facilities as well as supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Eroski, Mercadona and drugstore Müller, bars and restaurants as well as doctors, sports facilities and bicycle rental are located in the village of Campos, 2 km away. The journey time from the airport is about 30 minutes.
