"House wanted: Island love everywhere, Sóller remains a matter of the heart"

Hello future landlord,
we are a small family living in Mallorca since 2017. We have been living in Sóller ever since. Unfortunately, our current home is too small in the long term with 50 square meters.
The housing situation in Sóller is not getting any better. We don't really want to take our daughter out of the Escoleta. Nevertheless, we have to think about alternatives. We are therefore looking for island-wide: a house/ min. 2-3 bedrooms, close to the sea is more important than a pool, preferably with a garden, it does not have to be modernized, but a good base is important to us, unfurnished would be ideal; but we are happy to help clear out the existing furniture, solar would be awesome - because we stand for renewable energy, we like to cook, hike, swim, cycle and simply like to be out and about in nature and we also bring craftsmanship with us. If you have any questions, just write. Two incomes - independent of seasonality. Basic rent ~ 800-1000 euros.
We would prefer to stay in Sóller. The east of Mallorca is excluded.  Greetings Ruben and Madeleine
