2-storey chalet with pool and underfloor heating in a quiet location of Cala Llombards - in the immediate vicinity of the bay.
It is located in a walled and fenced corner plot of about 350 m2 and has a driveway gate to be able to park the car inside. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace next to the garden and the triangular pool, which is about 15 m2 in size and 2 m. deep. 2 further terraces, which are located in 1. floor ( one with umbrella ), offer wonderful sea views with beautiful morning sunrises - east facing.
Premises: The two-storey chalet has approx. 145 m2 of living space, was built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2024.
