Dream furnished apartment right on the beach in Alcúdia

Hello Mallorca lovers!

I am looking for a subtenant from mid-April until at least the end of October 2026 (possibly longer, but definitely not shorter) for my dream apartment right on the beach in Alcúdia, close to the Hotel Viva Golf.

The apartment is fully furnished, is approx. 60 sqm and includes:
- two bedrooms
- open kitchen
- living room
- shower bathroom
- guest toilet
- large balcony with views of palm trees, beach and sea
- "laundry balcony" with washing machine
- covered parking space for a vehicle
- lockable storage room behind the parking space.

The apartment is well suited for a family or a shared flat and/or as a home office.

It is important to me that my belongings are treated with care.

The rent (negotiable) is inclusive of additional costs and the parking space, but excl. electricity and internet; plus 1 month's rent as a deposit
